Perronelle’s Blush Suffolk Cyder is inspired by Grandmother Perronelle, who loved foraging for blackberries in the hedgerows around the orchards at Aspall.
The attractive apple and blackberry define a sweetish palate, with a good acid balance and a long soft fruit finish.
