Profile: Our Bourbon casks tend to add a toasted sweetness to our whisky. When bottling Adnams Single Malt Whisky, we use one such ex-bourbon cask in our blend.

Colour: Deep Gold. Nose: Toasted coconut, apricots, almonds

Palate: Sweet dried coconut, vanilla, pepper. Finish: Sweetness, butterscotch, lingering baking spices

Tasting Notes: Aromas of butterscotch, banana and date-like honeyed, dried fruit. Flavours of butterscotch, vanilla and ripe figs follow, with light spice on the finish.
