The 2025 TAC Competition is about to begin! This event blends creativity, professionalism, and international honor, bringing together Taiwan’s bartenders to compete for the highest accolade. The champion will be Asia’s only representative, stepping onto the global stage in the Dominican Republic in February 2026 to compete alongside the world’s finest bartenders.

About the Barceló Rumtenders Competition
Top bartenders from 11 countries will gather for this international rum cocktail showcase.
Competition Dates: February 2–6, 2026 (one full week)
Participating countries include:
- Americas: Dominican Republic, United States, Peru, Chile
- Europe: Spain, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland
- Asia: Taiwan

Competition Stages
Phase 1｜Preliminary Registration
- Registration: Oct 1 (Wed) – Oct 26 (Sun), 2025 (23:59 deadline)
- Announcement: Top 15 finalists will be revealed on Nov 12 (Wed), advancing to the Second (Bonus) Round and Final.
Phase 2｜Bonus Round
- Competition: Nov 15 (Sat) – Nov 26 (Wed), 2025
- Task: Submit a short video of your cocktail creation and share it on Social Media
- Results: Individual results sent via email on Dec 1, 2025 (Mon)
Phase 3｜TAC Grand Final
- Competition Date: Dec 8 (Mon), 2025 in Taipei, Taiwan
- Announcement: Top 3 winners announced on the same day
