Brandwerk’s 2024 TAC Bartending Competition runner-up Jack Liu had an impactful guest shift at Two Schmucks bar in Barcelona, Spain, on October 14, 2025.
Two Schmucks, ranked No.7 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2022, hosted this special collaboration made possible by Brandwerk and MG Distillery.
Inspired by his personal motto — “BE PATIENT, BE TRUE, BE AMBITIOUS.” — Jack crafted a menu that beautifully blended Eastern elements with modern creative mixology, igniting an unforgettable night of energy and excitement.
Both international guests and local regulars praised Jack’s performance, describing his cocktails as “delicate in layers yet full of personality,” perfectly showcasing the creativity and craftsmanship of Taiwanese bartenders.
Through this global collaboration, Jack not only expressed his unique bartending identity, but also demonstrated the growing presence and influence of Taiwan’s cocktail culture on the international stage.
