Barceló is one of the few rums made from 100% sugarcane juice, rigorously controlling every aspect of the rum production process. From owning its own sugarcane fields, harvesting the sugarcane, to single distillery production and bottling, it has become the first agricultural industry in the rum market to vertically integrate the production process.
